Saginaw Valley State University and Ming Chuan University are offering a great study abroad opportunity for students in Taiwan this summer. Ming Chuan University is covering tuition and housing for SVSU students for four weeks in Taiwan. Students just need to cover airfare and food. It is anticipated that students will earn 4 credits that can be transferred back to SVSU. With an estimated cost for students at $2,000 to $3,000 per student this is an incredibly good deal for a great experience. As anyone who reads this blog knows, I am a proponent of international experience regardless of your major. The ability to deal with diverse people, environments, and cultures is a fundamental part of a good college education. I'm including a link below to more information:
